The entrance exam for admission to PG courses in Delhi University will now have only multiple choice questions. The university is likely to do away with subjective questions from the entrance exams starting this year in an attempt to ensure transparency in checking.
Till last year the entrance test for different courses used to be a mix of subjective and objective questions. The committee has also recommended that the all-India entrance tests will be conducted in Kolkata, Chennai, Jammu, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Varanasi. The admission process for the 2016-17 academic session is likely to begin by April 25.
According to the DU PG admission committee, the entrance exams for all subjects will have only objective-type questions. From this year there will be no subjective questions in entrance exams.
