With the announcing of first round of DU cut off list, many students have taken a sigh of relief that the cut off percentage for admission to undergraduate courses hasn’t soared up as high as 100 % this year.
Over 2.5 lakh applications have come this year for the cut throat race of admissions to the academic session 2016-17. Ramjas College announcing 99.25 per cent for BCom Honours, 98.75 for BCom and 98.5 for Economics Honours has the highest cut-off for the academic session this year. With top ranking in India’s best college for higher studies in Commerce and Economics Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) announced its cut off at 98.25 per cent for Economics Honours and 98 per cent for BCom Honours. Lady Sri Ram College’s first cut-off list for Psychology at (98.50 pc), English (98.25 pc), Economics (98 pc) and Commerce (H) (98pc).

However, the cut-off for Miranda House and Hansraj College has remained unchanged across stream with the highest being for Economics Honours at 97.75 per cent and Economics Honours being the highest at 98 per cent, respectively.
