CBSE class X & XII boards will not move from March to February

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will not be advancing the board examination for class 10th and class 12th from March to February.
In a written reply to whether the board will prepone the board examination, Upendra Kushwaha, Minister of State for HRD, said that no such proposal has been put forward by the board till now.

After reports of advancement of board examination came out, many schools raised concerns regarding the board’s plan. They were worried about the idea of preponing the examination by one month.
For the past month, CBSE has been setting up committees to find out the flaw in the evaluation process of the board. This step was taken after several students complained about the faulty evaluation process of Class 12th answer scripts. Earlier various reasons mainly pertaining to checking of answers sheets were given for preponing of the boards exams.
