The CBSE, in a press release has announced that the results of the All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental test 2014 held on MAY 4, 2014 are out. The candidates or interested parties can access the results at the following websites: www.aipmt.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in.
The result sheet would indicate how the candidate has performed in the required subjects, his/her All India PMT rank, Rank for All India Quota Seats and State Quota seats. The result sheet would also contain the minimum cut off score for counselling under All India Quota Seats. Also see All India Quota Seats / State Quota Seats
The CBSE, in its press release reported that in the tests held this year, 57, 9707 eligible candidates filled in the application form, out of which 52, 3701 candidates appeared for the test. Of these, 46, 271 candidates have qualified for admission counselling on the basis of the prescribed qualifying criteria set by Medical Council of India and the Dental Council of India. 18, 155 candidates have also qualified for the 15% All India Quota Seats out of which 9, 716 are male and 8, 399 are female candidates.
The candidates who have qualified now have to complete the remaining formalities with the respective counselling Authorities such as the DGHS, Medical Education Directorates of States, and other Institutions and Universities for admissions into their respective MBBS/BDS courses. Further details about counselling dates and schedule will be available on the websites of the Medical Education Directorates of States, concerned Institutions or Universities, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, among others.
The CBSE also advised the qualified candidates to be in touch with the respective counselling Authorities and Institutions for further details.
