The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the class 10 results 2018 today in at 1: 15 p.m. on the board’s official website: www.cbse.nic.in.
The pass percentage is 86.7%. The pass percentage for Girls is 88.67%, whereas the pass percentage for boys is 85.32%
Thiruvananthapuram is the top region with 99.60 per cent qualified candidates.
Prakhar Mittal from Gurugram, Rimzhim Agrawal from Bijnor, Nandni Garg from Shamli and Sreelakshmi G from Cochin scored 499 marks out of 500 (99.8 percent) to top CBSE Class 10th examination 2018
27476 students have scored equal to or more than 95% marks while 131493 students have scored equal to or more than 90% marks

This is the first batch to have appeared for the Class 10 board examinations after the CBSE decided to junk the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and reintroduce the board exams.

This year, two new options have been introduced in collaboration with CBSE. The Board has partnered with Google and Microsoft to bring in two new additional options to check results.
This year for the first time, the CBSE class 10 results will be available on the search page of Google at www.google.com.
Likewise, Microsoft has introduced SMS Organizer app to help students check the results offline. With this app students can pre-register their details and the results will be delivered to them as SMS.
