CBSE has released a circular that stated that the annual pre-exam psychological counseling will begin from 1st February and end on 13th April.
The counseling sessions will help the students get over exam stress during the preparation as well as the examination time. For differently abled students, four special educators will be provided.

The Tele counseling program consists of trained counselors and principals from CBSE affiliated schools located in India as well as abroad. There are 91 trained counselors, psychologists, principals and special educators that will be providing free counseling to the students. Out of these 91 counselors, 71 are from India while the other 20 are located in Nepal, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Al-Khobar), Singapore, Japan, UAE (Dubai, Ras Al-Khaimah, Sharjah) Kuwait, and Qatar.
Students who wish to get free counseling can call the Toll-free number 1800 11 8004. This helpline number can be accessed from any part of the country. The helpline will be operational from 8 am to 10 pm on the above-mentioned dates.
Apart from the helpline, a question and answer column will be published in a national newspaper. Students can send their questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. All the queries will be answered by experts.
