As reports of a paper leak of the All-India Pre-Medical/Dental Test 2015 were gaining momentum, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has categorically clarified that the question paper was ‘not leaked,’ the test was held on May 3, 2015.
“No reports were received prior to the commencement of the examination, during the examination or after the examination from any quarter by the board regarding the paper leak as alleged. In order to conduct a smooth and fair examination, the board had made elaborate arrangements including the deployment of city coordinators, observers, and centre superintendents, invigilators, and police personnel at each centre. On careful study of the media reports, it appears that the issue pertains to the use of unfair means and attempt to cheat by certain unscrupulous elements after the commencement of the paper,” said a CBSE official.
The area police took necessary action,” said KK Choudhary, controller of exams, CBSE. To alley the doubts of the candidates and subside these rumours, Mr Choudhary reiterated that the test was conducted in a smooth and fair manner.
