University of Maine, USA invites applications for International Presidential Scholarships for students who wish to pursue undergraduate programme for the session 2017-18.
Scholarship Details
Selected candidates will be given a scholarship amount of $25,000 per academic year

Eligibility Criteria for International Presidential Scholarships 2017
Candidates must be first time, degree-seeking, undergraduate foreign nationals.
Candidates are required to have one of the following scores:
TOEFL: minimum score of 79 (iBT) or 550 (iTP)
IELTS: minimum score of 6.5
Selection Criteria for International Presidential Scholarships 2017
Candidates will be selected basis on the following criteria: academic achievement, proficiency in English, extra-curricular activities, and quality of written essay
Female applicants and applicants from countries underrepresented in the University of Maine international student population are encouraged to apply
How to Apply for International Presidential Scholarships 2017
Candidates can apply online www.umaine.edu
Candidates have to pay an application fee US$40.00 online at the time of submitting the application or mail a check or money order drawn in U.S. dollars to our office
