Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

MD (Pediatrics) from a recognized/permitted Medication College/Institution or DNB (Pediatrics) as per TEQ regulations of Medical Council of India.

Note

Candidates appearing in the postgraduate examinations in the academic session 2020-21 are also eligible provided they – i. Attach a certificate from the Head of the Institution starting that the candidate is appearing in the examination, ii. they must have passed the examination on or before the 20 july 2020

Application Process

• Application form can be downloaded from the official website https://www.bhu.ac.in/

• Application duly signed by the applicant, clearly stating all the relevant details along with self attested copies of supporting documents in respect of academic qualifications (High school, Intermediate, and MBBS marks sheets of all professional examinations, MBBS Degree, MD Mark sheet and MD Degree (Provisional/Final) and experience certificate, if any, should be submitted to – Head, Department of Pediatrics, Institute of Medical Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005.

• The applicant should be mentioned in application form as all communications will be sent electronically.

• The applications can also be submitted electronically (scanned and Signed documents) to [email protected]

• Incomplete or unsigned applications and those received after the last date will be summarily rejected.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Interview by duly Constituted Selection Committee under the Chairmanship of the Director, IMS, BHU.
