• All the admissions are made with the approval of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punjab, to which Christian Medical College and Christian Dental College are affiliated, and selection guidelines of the Christian Medical College, Ludhiana

• Christian Medical College is recognized by the Medical Council of India and Christian Dental College by the Dental Council of India. The primary aim of the Christian Medical College Ludhiana is to make a significant contribution to the health standards of all communities of our nation with a special emphasis on health care in the rural underserved and unreached areas/communities in India.

Eligibility Criteria for CMC Ludhiana MBBS and BDS Admission 2020

• Passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks (50% for Physically disabled and 45% for SC/ST/OBC) taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology

• All admissions shall be based on the eligibility as per the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG-2020) and Regulations of the Medical Council of India and notifications of the Government of Punjab.

• Any candidate irrespective of religion, caste, or domicile and who is an Indian National, can apply under this category. They are encouraged to serve in the CMC affiliated rural mission hospitals to understand the basic needs of the country. Such candidates are to apply directly to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences.

CMC Ludhiana MBBS and BDS Admission 2020 Application Process

• Applications are to be accessed on-line by accessing the website www.cmcludhiana.in from 22th September 2020 to 30th September 2020.

• Every candidate will be required to log on to ‘Admissions 2020’ on the institutional website. The application form must be downloaded, filled and sent along with the required enclosures to ‘The Registrar’, Christian Medical College Ludhiana, latest by 30th September 2020.

• Log on to www.cmcludhiana.in and navigate to Admissions 2020 and click on the link “UG 2020 – MBBS/BDS” and follow the instructions.

• Print the Application Form, Fill and Send to The Registrar, Christian Medical College Ludhiana latest by 30th September 2020). After filling the Application form, attach two copies of your recent passport photographs in the appropriate space provided. Candidates are advised to take the photograph with a white background and these should not be altered by photoshop or any other software.

• Scan the Completed application form with the enclosures and email to [email protected]

Selection Procedure

• All Christian candidates applying in ‘Christian Minority with Service Commitment Category’ have to appear for a Bible Test. The Bible Test will be held as an Online Proctored test. The date of the Bible Test will be duly notified on institutional website www.cmcludhiana.in

Test Pattern

• The Bible Test for Christian applicants for consideration in ‘Christian Minority with Service Commitment category’ will be of multiple choice type with 3 choices each.

Hall Ticket

• Hall tickets will be available to all the applicants, whose application form has been submitted by the last date 30th September 2020. Such candidates will be eligible to attend the online proctored Bible test 2020 for UG-MBBS/BDS Admissions .

• The details of the test and the rules will be available on the website www.cmcludhiana.in under Admissions 2020.

• Only candidates who pass the Bible Test will be eligible for the ‘Christian Minority with Service Commitment Category’.
