Academic Program

The University is making a modest beginning by offering B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the academic year 2017-18


B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) Five- Year Integrated Degree Course Academic Curriculum of the University is inspired by the UGC Curriculum Development Committee Report (CDCR) wherein the recommendations of the CDC report and the Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines have been considered as the basic parameters to bring it in consonance with trends of globalization, pluralism and social integration

Intake & Reservation: Total = 60 Seats


The reservation policy of Maharashtra as envisaged in the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 would be made applicable and admissions will be made only on the merit secured by the applicants in the CLAT-2017. The allocation of seats is as follows:


Maharashtra Scheduled Castes - 13% & 08 Seats


Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes - 07% & 04 Seats


Maharashtra De-notified Tribes (A) - 03% & 02 Seats


Maharashtra Nomadic Tribes (B) - 02.5% & 01 Seat


Maharashtra Nomadic Tribes (C) - 03.5% & 02 Seats


Maharashtra Nomadic Tribes (D) - 02% & 01 Seat


Maharashtra Special Backward Class - 02% & 01 Seat


Maharashtra Other Backward Classes (OBC) - 19% & 11 Seats


Unreserved-General - 30 Seats


Total - 60 Seats


3% seats shall be reserved horizontally for Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and any other reservation approved by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time


Fee Structure BA, LLB (Hons) 5 yrs Integrated Course

Admission Fee - Rs.3000/-


Library Caution Money (Refundable) - Rs.10,000/-


Hostel Caution Money (Refundable) - Rs.10,000/-


Mess Caution Money (Refundable) - Rs.10,000/-


Tuition Fee

(i) Students from State of Maharashtra - Rs.78,750/-


(ii) Students from Other States - Rs.1,05,000/-


Other Fees - Rs.35,000/-


User Charges – Rs.12,000/-


Hostel Accommodation - Rs.30,000/-


Total Fee for the candidates from State of Maharashtra is Rs. 188,750/- and for others is Rs. 215,000/-


Application Form

Candidates should download the admission application form and should paste a recent passport size self attested photograph and should fill all the details correctly mentioned in the application form.


The application form should be enclosed with a DD with all the particulars mentioned with the application form. The selected candidates should submit all the original documents along with two sets of xerox copies and 2 passport size photographs. The duly completed application forms along with the DD should reach on or before 10th July 2017 by 05.00 p.m. either by post or in person to the University


No application shall be entertained after the last date and time. The University will not be responsible for the postal/ delay in courier service. The merit list will be displayed on the website and selected students will be informed accordingly
