Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University notifies BVP CET BA LLB (Law) Entrance Test 2017

BVP CET is a common entrance test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University is a Business School recognized by The Bar Council of India. The University is going to organize the LLB Entrance Test for admission to BA LLB Course for the year 2017 against 180 seats.

BVP CET BA LLB (Law) Entrance Test 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Admission secured by the candidate shall remain provisional till he/she clears the eligibility requirements prescribed by the University & Bar Council of India. In case of non-fulfillment of eligibility the provisional admission stands cancelled at any stage without prior notice to the candidate

Minimum marks in qualifying exam for admission: As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicants

LLB Entrance Test 2017

Candidate who has qualified the LLB Entrance Test 2017 shall be admitted to LLB (5-year program) at Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune in the order of merit secured by him, subject to intake capacity

Candidate shall secure minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in LLB Entrance Test 2017 to qualify the LLB Entrance Test.

LL.B Entrance Test 2017 is scheduled on Sunday, 18th June 2017 from 11.00 am to 01.00 pm at the centres approved by the University in Pune, New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Jodhpur, Indore, Lucknow & Jaipur

Syllabus for BVDU Pune LLB Entrance Test

LLB Entrance Test-2017 will be of 100 marks. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking.

There will be 25 questions on each of the following sections in the paper: a) English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension b) Legal aptitude, Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning c) Current Legal News & General Knowledge d) Social Sciences with an emphasis on Indian Constitution & Political System in India

The entrance examination fee is Rs.1200/-; fee can be paid in cash at the admission counter or through demand draft in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune

A candidate desirous of appearing for the LL.B. Entrance Test - 2017 is required to complete the prescribed application form and submit to the University along with entrance test fee of Rs.1200/- (Entrance test fee is non refundable)
