Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning invites application for the admission into six months Certificate Program for the academic year 2018
SCDL is one of the largest autonomous distance learning education institute in India, recognized by Distance Education Council, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India
Six Months Certificate Program Offered are:
- Certificate Program in Cyber Laws (CPCL)
- Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship Development (CPED)
- Certificate Program in Management Accounting (CPMA)
Important Dates
Pay the full course fees in onetime payment, as prescribed for the respective program, on or before – To be announced
Pay the Course Fees in two instalments, as prescribed for the respective program on or before – To be announced
Duration & Validity
- The duration of the program is six months; the registration period is valid for one academic year
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Three year Diploma holder from a recognized University/Institution, with at least three years of supervisory experience (or)
- International / SAARC Graduates from a recognized / accredited University /Institution
- Students appearing for their final graduation examination may also apply, subject to completion of graduation within the time period specified by SCDL
Registration Fees (Non-refundable)
- For Indian Residents (General or Civil / Defence Personnel/Paramilitary / Police / Symbiosis employee): Rs.1000/-
- International Students: USD 35 or Rs.2275/-
- SAARC Students: USD 25 or Rs.1625/-
The registration fees must be paid along with the application form, failing which the form will not be processed; registration fee implies application processing fees
Program Fees
For Certificate Program in Cyber Law (CPCL)
Students have to pay full Course fee at the time of Registration on or before to be announced
- General / Civil: Rs.3500/-
- Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs.3500/-
- SAARC Students: USD 150 or Rs.9750/-
- International Students: USD 200 or Rs.13000/-
For Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship Development & Certificate Program in Mgmt Accounting:
Students have to pay full Course fee at the time of Registration on or before to be announced
- General / Civil: Rs.10,000/-
- Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs.10,000/-
- SAARC Students: USD 150 or Rs.9750/-
Application Process
Step 1
- Sign Up and Register yourself to the SCDL Apply Online Portal. Log on to SCDL Apply Online Portal with the login credentials emailed to you at your registered email id.
Step 2
- Purchase Application Form online from the SCDL Apply Online Portal. You need to complete the entire process of purchasing and filling the application form online and download the e-prospectus in soft copy on desktop.
Step 3
- Fill the application form online. Print the online filled Application Form. Attach this application form along with Academic Records, Work Experience Certificates, 2 passport size Photographs, Photo Identity Proof. For International and SAARC Students, an address in a foreign country is mandatory, along with address proof or copies of passport page showing visa of the foreign country
- Such students who are appearing for the SCDL PGDBA entrance test have to pay entrance test fee online after filling the application form online. Applicable Entrance Test Fee is Rs 350/- [for National that is General and Defence category], USD 20 (for SAARC category) and USD 25 (for International category)
Step 4
- As soon as you are admitted, pay the program fee via Demand Draft (In favor of “The Director, SCDL Pune” payable at Pune only) or Online from your student login.
