Educational Qualification

| Cracker Operations | Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering with hands-on experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. |
| Polymer Operations | Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering or Polymer Technology with hands-on experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc.. |
| Finance | CA / ICWA with hands-on experience in covering plant and corporate accounting, Costing & Budgeting, taxation, audits, insurance and risk management, etc. |
| HR | 2 Years Full-Time degree in MBA (/Or Equivalent PG) with specialization in HR and hands-on experience in managing, HR & Admin activities for a large size organization, preferably in Petrochemicals/hydrocarbon industries |
