AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2019 – Apply Online for 120 Apprentice Posts for Northern Region

AAI Apprentice 2019 Recruitment – Airports Authority of India announced a notification for the post of Apprentice (NR) at various airports in the State in Northern Region. The total of 120 posts is declared by the Airport Authority and date to apply for the posts is 07th February 2019 to 17th February 2019.

  • Civil: 35 (Graduate: 18, Diploma: 17)

Eligibility Criteria for AAI Apprentices Recruitment 2019

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates should possess Full time regular four years Degree in Engineering or three years Diploma of the above mentioned streams, recognized by AICTE, GOI.

Age Limit

  • Candidates age must be maximum 26 years as on 31st March 2019. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.

 

AAI Apprenticeship 2019 Selection Procedure

  • Selection will be based on Interview out of the shortlisted candidates on merit basis. The selected candidates will be posted at the given locations in Northern Region based on their registration location (in portal).

AAI Apprentices Pay Scale

  • Graduate Apprentices – Stipend Rs. 15,000/- p.m.
  • Diploma Apprentices – Stipend Rs. 12,000/- p.m.

AAI Apprentice 2019 Application Process

  • The interested candidates are required to apply through BOAT’s web portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in by finding establishment Airports Authority of India – RHQ NR, New Delhi and click the apply button in the next page. After successful application the massage will be appear “Successfully applied for the training position. Based on availability, you will be contacted by the establishment”.
  • Candidates who did not register with BOAT www.mhrdnats.gov.in should register themselves prior to applying for this position. Correspondence/Communication in any other manner will not be entertained.
  • The candidates may also provide their choice/option of location/airport to work as apprenticeship in remark column, while applying for apprenticeship; else they will be posted at the location/airport based on registration location (in portal) as no TA/DA will be provided for any location.
  • Candidates who have already completed their apprenticeship or terminated their apprenticeship mid-way or pursuing their apprenticeship with other organizations are not eligible.
  • Reservation for SC/ST and OBC as applicable will be followed, however in case of non-availability of candidates in reserved category it will be filled from other reserved categories/general categories.

Educational Qualification

Candidates are requested to check their education qualification required for various Airports Authority of India (AAI) job opportunities.

  • Graduate Apprentice (Mechanical Engineering (Auto): A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/ Automobile) granted by a Statutory University.
  • A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/ Automobile) granted by an institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament.
  • Graduate Examination of Professional Bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent
  • Graduate Apprentice (Public Relations): Graduate, with Degree/ PG Diploma in PR/ journalism from a recognized institution
  • Graduate Apprentice (Airport Terminal Mgt.): 10+2 with 3 years experience. Diploma in Hotel Management OR Graduate with Diploma in Sanitation or Public Hygiene/ Housekeeping from a recognized institution.
  • Graduate Apprentice (Finance): Graduate preferably B.Com with Computer training course of 3 to 6 months.
  • Graduate Apprentice (Law): Graduate with LLB.

  • ITI Trade Apprentice (Auto Electrician): A Certificate in Vocational Course (in Motor Vehicle Mech. or Electrician or Electronics-Mech.) involving one year of study after the completion of a secondary stage of school education/ l0th Class examination recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ State Council of Vocational Education.
  • ITI Trade Apprentice (Tractor Mechanic): A Certificate in Vocational Course (in Mechanic-Tractor or Farm machinery) involving one year of study after the completion of a secondary stage of school education/ 10th Class examination recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ State Council of Vocational Education.
  • ITI Trade Apprentice (Communication Navigation Surveillance): A Certificate in Vocational Course (in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Radio Engineering) involving one year of study after the completion of a secondary stage of school education/ 10th Class examination recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ State Council of Vocational Education.

Age Limit

  • To apply Airports Authority of India job, the candidates required to attain following age limit.
  • For Gen/ UR Candidates – 18- 24 years (As on 21st December 2018)

Selection Process

  • Selection for engagement of Apprentices would be based on percentage (%) of marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim wise-arise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability/insufficient number of candidates
  • The candidature of the applicant would be provisioner, subject to subsequent verification of certificates/testimonials and submission of Certificate of Medical Faintness (to be obtained only from a Gazetted Government Medical officer/Medical Officer of a Govt. Undertaking) at the time of joining.

Salary Details

AAI Recruitment 2019 Application Process

  • Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format (attached below) to Airports Authority of India, Regional Headquarters, Western Region, integrated Operational Offices, Recruitment Cell, 4th floor, New Airport Colony, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai-400099 on or before 18th February 2019 06:00 PM, along with required documents and in sealed envelope and on the top of envelope.
  • It should be clearly mentioned/ marked as Application for Apprentice in _________ trade at Airport in Western Region.
