Allahabad Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2019 - Allahabad Bank invites applications for the positions of Specialist Officers (Specialist Officers Recruitment Project 2019-20). The Bank announced 92 vacancies for the SO Post (14 in JMG Scale-I and 78 in MMG Scale-II).

 

Candidates who have eligibility as per Allahabad Bank Notification may apply online for the current vacancies at Allahabad Bank Careers. The Last date to submit the online application form is 29th April 2019.

 

Before filling form, candidates must have scan copy of passport size photograph & signature and active email id & mobile number.

Eligibility Criteria for Allahabad Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2019

  • Please note that the eligibility criteria specified herein are the basic criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications etc. in original along with a photocopy thereof in support of their identity and eligibility as indicated in the online application form
  • Nationality / Citizenship: A candidate must be either (i) a Citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
  • A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is required to be produced, may be allowed to appear in the exam / interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection, the offer of appointment will be given only after submission of the eligibility certificate duly issued to him/her by the Govt. of India

Educational Qualification

Security Officer

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University.
  • Work experience: Minimum 5 years as Junior Commissioned Officer and equivalent in the Indian Army/ Navy/Air Force OR 5 years as a Police Officer in the rank of Inspector OR An Officer of identical rank in Paramilitary Forces with minimum 5 years service.

 

Civil Engineer

  • Qualification: 4 years B.E/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University

 

Manager (Fire Safety) (MMG Scale-II)

  • Qualification: B.E.(Fire)/B.Tech.(Safety & fire engineering)/B.Tech.(Fire Technology & Safety Engineering) From recognized institute
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years in Fire safety including fire & safety of high rise buildings.

 

Manager (Law) (MMG Scale-II):

  • Qualification: A bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
  • Work experience: Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council and minimum 3 years experience of practice at Bar or Judicial service and / or minimum 2 years as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or the Central / State Government or of a Public Sector Undertaking and candidates should produce a certificate of having requisite post qualification work experience from the Court / Bar Council / Organization.

 

Company Secretary (MMG Scale-II)

  • Qualification: A degree from the recognized University with ACS from the Institute of Company Secretary of India
  • Work experience: Minimum 2 years Post Qualification experience in the related field

 

Manager (IT) (Network Manager) (MMG Scale-II)

  • Qualification: 4 years Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications /Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Instrumentation. Age Limit

  • Lower age limit is 20/ 21/ 24 years.
  • Upper age limit is 35 years.

  • Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Online test/ Interview.

 

Salary & Emoluments

  • JMG Scale-I: Pay Scale: 23700-980 -30560-1145-32850-1310 – 42020
  • MMG Scale-II: Pay Scale: 31705-1145-32850-1310-45950
  • DA, HRA, CCA etc. will be paid as per Bank’s rules in force from time to time depending upon place of posting. Medical, LTC, Defined Contributory Retirement Benefit, Gratuity etc will be admissible as per prevailing Bank’s rules.

 

Allahabad Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2019 Application Procedure

  • Candidates to go to the "Recruitment Link under Career Section" on the Bank’s website www.allahabadbank.in and click on Direct Recruitment of 92 Specialist Officers 2019-20 and then click on the option “Apply Online” which will direct you to online application form.
  • To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
  • In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “save and next” button prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “save and next” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the Final Submit Button.
