B.Tech (IT) (4 years) Course Admission 2012

Applications are invited for admission to B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology) (4 years) (AICTE approved) session 2012, through an entrance test to be held at Shimla, Dharamshala, Chandigarh and Noida

Seats: 60 (Sixty)

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Maths with 50% marks (45% SC/ST) or equivalent grade

B.Tech (lateral entry)

Seats: 06 (Six)

Applications are also invited for admission to six seats under lateral entry scheme from eligible candidates

20% of the seats are reserved for sponsored candidates

The admission will be on merit on the basis of marks obtained in all the three years of diploma or B.Sc degree with Maths and Physics

Eligibility: Bonafide Himachali with 60% marks in B.Sc with Maths and Physics or Diploma of 3 years (after Matric) from H.P. State Board of Technical Education only or equivalent in any branch

Prospectus: The prospectus can be obtained from the office of Director (UIIT), H.P. University on payment of Rs 1000/- (on counter) and Rs 1100/- (by post) in the form of Bank draft payable at UIIT, H.P. University, Shimla-171005
