The International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) is pleased to offer ICMS International Scholarships 2016 for students who will be commencing their studies in May 2016. Applicants must be applying to start a bachelor degree program.

Study Subject(s): Scholarships are offered in diverse fields to help students in upgrading their education

Scholarship Award

The scholarship is awarded based on a 3 component application process, which will result in the successful applicant being awarded a scholarship of approximately AU$ 25,000 for one semester of on campus accommodation and two terms of tuition (equivalent to a Diploma or first year studies of a Bachelor Degree) within one of the above programs commencing 25 May 2016

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must hold an international passport. This excludes dual citizens of Australia and elsewhere, permanent residents and temporary residents
A scholarship to an International student who will be commencing their studies at ICMS in May 2016
Nationality: International students can apply for this ICMS Scholarship

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have International Baccalaureate – IB Diploma with a score of 24. They must have A-Level Examinations (Cambridge International or Edexcel GCE) – aggregate score of 10 or higher (Note: Score is based on the best three Advanced Level subjects in one sitting where A*=6, A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1. Two AS Leel subjects may be substituted for one A Level subject.)

English Language Requirements: IELTS (academic): Overall 6.0; Writing 5.5; Speaking 5.5, or TOEFL i-BT: Overall 69; Writing 19; Speaking 17, or Pearson (academic): Overall 50; Writing 42; Speaking 42

Selection Process

Finalists will be selected on the following 3 step application process:

Academic Record: Applicants need to meet the ICMS entry requirements in academic ability and maintain a -minimum GPA of 2.5;

Essay submission (Maximum 500 words): Why you want to study at ICMS; applicants should address the following questions within their essay: the reasons they chose ICMS to study including the choice of program; what they will bring to ICMS and where they hope to be in 10 years’ time and how ICMS contributed to this

Interview: Students who are successful with their essay and ICMS entry requirements will progress to the interview stage; the student will be interviewed by an ICMS staff member and will be asked a broad range of questions relating to their knowledge of the College and course choice and their life and background in general

All final applicants will be notified by ICMS within 5 working days after their interview
