CBSE announces Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships 2016
Central board of Secondary Education (CBSE) invites applications for Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships-CSSS, from eligible College and University students for the year-2016.

How to Apply for CBSE Scholarship 2016
Candidates may visit National e- Scholarship portal to apply for fresh and renewal of the scholarship. Students can apply through online from the CBSE Portal www.scholarships.gov.in
Note:
It is also informed that all students who are availing scholarship or wish to apply for the same under CSSS shall obtain Aadhar Number seeded with their bank account for uninterrupted disbursal of scholarship directly in their bank account, the statement said
But, students who are not having Aadhaar Number still can register on the portal with Enrolment No (EID) or Bank A/C Number with IFSC code as Identifier
