Admission to research fellowships

Applications in the prescribed format are invited up to 06th December, 2010 for admission to research fellowship in specialities of Kaya Chikitsa, Dravya Guna, Kaumarbhritya, Panchkarma, Rasa Shashtra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, Roga and Vikriti Vigyan, Samhita, Shalya Tantra and Sharir Kriya (2 seats each)

The filled application along with a demand draft of Rs 1000/- for general and OBC category and Rs 750/- for SC/ST categories in favour of director, national institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur should reach the institute by the closing date 06th December, 2010

The research work done during fellowship may be submitted to the Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur for award of Ph.D (Ay) and therefore, as per university and UGC guidelines, a written test will be conducted on 19th December, 2010 followed by interview on 20th December, 2010 for the eligible candidates

Candidates for the fellowship will be selected on the basis of the merit prepared out of the basis of the written test and interview

Candidates applying are, therefore, directed to watch our website on 08th December, 2010 when the list of eligible candidates for written test and interview will be posted

No postal communication will be sent to the candidates for the same

The candidates already applied in response to our previous notification of 16th April, 2010 need not apply again

However, they are required to deposit the fee difference, through a demand draft or by cash by the closing date
