Singapore Scholarships for standards 11 and 12 (International Baccalaureate and CBSE)

2010 GIIS Junior College Scholarships
2 year scholarships will be awarded for standards 11 and 12, CBSE or IB, for the 2010-2011 session. The scholarship worth S$ 66,000* per student includes all tuition fees and boarding expenses. In addition, an annual allowance of S$2400, settling allowance of S$500, one return air fare from India to Singapore and subsidized medical benefits will be given. No bond is attached to GIIS Scholarship

Eligibility criteria: Minimum 85% in std 10 pre-board exam, in stds 8 and 9 final exams, CBSE or ICSE or any state board (with English as 1st language). Short listed candidates will be invited for a written test in April 2010 to be held at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Nagpur, Gandhidham, Trichy and Jodhpur centres. Written test will include general ability, mathematics and English. Interviews will be held in June 2010. Board exam mark sheets to be provided on declaration of results.
