Agri Biotech Foundation, an autonomous academic institution, with the mission of promoting Biotechnology, is offering Ph.D fellowships in the following research areas

1. Agricultural Biotechnology

2. Socio-Economic aspects of Agricultural Biotechnology

Requirements: The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Biological sciences; Social sciences/management, with minimum of 55% marks at PG level and age not exceeding 28 years

Agri Biotech Foundation will conduct a written qualifying examination on 17.05.2010 and interview on 18.05.2010 at Hyderabad

Those who have cleared GATE/UGC NET/ICAR/CSIR fellowship exams are exempted from the written examination

The selected candidates will get fellowship for three years period (Rs 10,000/- month for first two years and Rs 12,000/- month in third year and contingency grant of Rs 20,000/- year). Selected candidates need to work at Agri Biotech Foundation
