Admission Notice 2010-2011

The Entrance Test for admission to Post-Graduate Degree course in Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines for the following disciplines will be held on Sunday the 26th June, 2011 at Delhi only:-

1. Mahir-e-Tib (MD Unani) – Amraz-e-Niswan wa Qabalat, Ilmul Saidla, Moalejat and Munaful Aza

2. Ayurved Vachaspati (MD Ayurveda) – Kaya Chikitsa and Kriya Sharira

Distribution of seats: 85% of the total seats in Ayurvedic & Union Medicines are reserved for candidates who have passed BUMS/BAMS degree from the University of Delhi and rest of the 15% seats are open to the are open to the candidates who have passed BUMS/BAMS degree from other Universities in India except Delhi University, having one year or six months internship in a recognised Hospital on or before 31st March, 2011 and must have full registration with the State Council/Board of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines/CCIM.

The application form along with Bulletin of Information may be obtained form the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute, Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, against a crossed M.I.C.R. Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque only drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi in the following manner:

(i) By hand for Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) for General/OBC Categories & Rs. 800/- (Eight Hundred only) for SC/ST/PH Categories between 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on all working days from 2nd May, 2011 to 25th May, 2011.

(ii) By post for Rs. 1050/- (One thousand and Fifty only) for general/OBC Categories & Rs. 850/- (Eight Hundred Fifty only) for SC/ST/PH Categories along with a self addressed envelope of 10”x8” upto 16th May, 2011

Note: SC/ST/PH candidates are requested to bring/send a copy of the Caste Certificate/PH certificate for obtaining Bulletin of Information.

The last date to receive complete Application Form is 25-05-2011.

(ii) Bulletin of Information alongwith application form may also be downloaded from our website www.fmsc.ac.in and the same be filled-up & sent to the Deputy registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences alongwith required fee as stipulated above.

(iii) No Application Form will be accepted after 25th may, 2011

(iv) The Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines will not be responsible for any delay in the postal transit.
