It can also be obtained by post from the Co – ordinator UPCMET, 1 st Floor, A n a n d A s h r a m C o m p l e x, R a m p u r G a r d e n, Bareilly (U.P.) by sending Bank Draft of Rs. 1050/- in favour of UPUMCWA, Bareilly alongwith two self addressed stickers. The request for supply of application form by post will not be entertained after 15.03.07. Duly filled in application form should reach at the address given in the information Brochure form should reach at the address given in the information Brohcure by 31 st March 2007 by Registered Post/Speed Post.
