Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Vadodara MBBS Entrance Exam 2012 Notification and Dates

Admission to this category will be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of the candidates base on result of AICET 2012

15% of the seats are reserved for NRI/Management quota

The candidates desirous to get admission under this category will have to apply accordingly

Mode of Entrance Test: The AICET-2012 will be of three hours duration containing 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs)

Questions will be of single best response objective type with four answer option

Each correct answer will be awarded one mark

There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers

The Medium of Examinations will be English

Eligibility: The candidate must be an Indian National

MBBS, BDS: 12 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English and minimum of 50% of marks)

B.Sc (Nursing): 12 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English and minimum of 45% of marks)

BPT: 12 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English)

B.Pharm: 12 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology; or Physics, Chemistry, Maths)

Centres for Entrance Test: Piparia (Vadodara), Mumbai, New Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Bangalore

Application form: A candidate who desire to appear for All India Common Entrance Test of this Vidyapeeth will required to submit an application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of application

The application will also be available online

While submitting the application it should be with all necessary documents along with demand draft of Rs 650/- in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara as the cost of an application form

Entrance Test Fee: The entrance test fee is Rs 1500/-

The fee is payable by cash or demand draft, drawn in favour of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth of nationalized/ schedule bank, payable at Vadodara

The candidate should write his/her name and address on the back side of the demand draft

The last date of receipt of completed application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of Register, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Piparia upto 5.00 p.m. on 17th May, 2012 (with late fee of Rs 500/-) up to on 21st May, 2012

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date

Hall Ticket: Hall Tickets carrying photograph of the candidate shall be issued to the candidates who is eligible to appear for the entrance test, for this purpose the candidate must submit two copy of recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) along with the application form

They should write their name on the back side of the photograph

The Hall Ticket will be dispatched to the candidate by registered/courier/speed post

Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of inter-se-merit of the candidate taking into consideration the preference given by the candidate and availability of seat in the branch/discipline of his/her choice when it is his/her turn for counselling

An access to Laptop is mandatory requirement for selected/admitted students

Declaration of Result: The result of the All India Common Entrance Test-2012 in the form of merit list arranged according to the marks obtained by the candidates will be declared at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth office and on website www.sumandeepuniversity.co.in

Documents: The attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with application form for entrance test and originals should be submitted at the time of admission; birth certificate/school leaving certificate; SSC/equivalent examination mark statement and certificate; HSC/equivalent examination marksheet (if already passed) or at the time of counseling; Bonafide certificate from the principal of the School
