Eligibility: Recognized BDS degree with completion of internship on or before 31st March, 2013 as per DCI norms

Selection: Selection will be made on merit based on the marks secured in the entrance examination conducted by the Santosh University on All India basis

Application Form: Application form for entrance examination may be obtained from either of the office or by post on requisition with a demand draft for Rs 3,000/- (Rs three thousand only) drawn in favour of the Santosh Trust payable at New Delhi on in person by paying Rs 2,500/- (Rs two thousands five hundred only)

Application forms will be issued from 20th December, 2013
