Admission Notice for

B.Sc. Nursing (4 Years) & M.Sc. Nursing (2 Years) Course 2011

Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak invites applications for admission to B.Sc Nursing Course (4 years) & M.Sc Nursing (2 years) for the session 2011-12 as per the following schedule:

Last date for receipt of application form: 30th May 2011.

Date of Entrance Test

B.Sc. Nursing (4 Years): 03-07-2011 (Sunday) 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM

M.Sc. Nursing (2 Years): 03-07-2011 (Sunday) 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon

Venue of Entrance Test: PGIMS, Rohtak

The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria, application form and OMR form can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak & HDFC Bank, Near D-Park, Model Town, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 500/-(Rs. 125/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) course & payment of Rs. 1500/- for M.Sc. Nursing (2 years) course w.e.f. 09-05-2011.  Request for prospectus through Registered Post must be received in the office of the Controller of Finance, on or before 20-05-2011 and with a Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- (Rs. 175/- for SC/BC of Haryana) for B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) course & for Rs. 1550/- for M.Sc. Nursing (2 years) course drawn in favour of “Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak” payable at State bank of India, Pt. B.D. Sharma, PGIMS, Rohtak(Code 4735) failing which the request will not be entertained.

The Application form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 30th May 2011 upto 05.00 PM.  The application received after the last date of receipt of application forms will not be entertained.

Counseling Dates

It is for information of all concerned that the Counseling for admission to B.Sc. Nursing & M.Sc. Nursing courses will be held on 11-07-2011 and 12-07-2011 in the Office of the Director, Pt. B.D.Sharma P.G.I.M.S. Rohtak
