MBBS, BDS Admissions (PIMS-AICET-UG 2012)

Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences was given a status of Deemed University from 29th September, 2003 by Human Resource Development Ministry, Govt of India on the advise of UGC u/s (3) of UGC Act 1956 vide their notification No-F-9-11/2000-U.3

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for common entrance test (PIMS-AICET-UG 2012) to be conducted by the Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni for selection of students to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) course run by the constituent colleges of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni.

Rural Medical College

MBBS (125 seats)

Rural Dental College

BDS (100 seats)

Application form fee Rs 500/-, entrance test fee Rs 1000/-

The respective colleges are recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission)/MCI (Medical Council of India)/DCI (Dental Council of India) for both under graduate and post graduate courses

Candidates who have appeared for and are expecting results of the respective final qualifying examinations can also appear for the entrance test

How to Apply: Candidates can apply to university courses using any of the following 3 options

Option-1

Download the application form from this website and send it to University by desired date

Option-2

The prospectus can be purchased from university admissions office or by writing to the following address on payment of Rs 500/- (for by post add Rs 200/- towards postal charges)

The demand draft should be drawn in the name of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni payable at Pune

Option-3

The prospectus is available at selected places in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, Nashik, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Kochi & Delhi

Distribution of Hall Ticket: Distribution of Hall Ticket between 25th February, 2012 to 13th April, 2012

In case a candidate does not receive hall ticket by 20th April, 2012, he/she should immediately contact to Designated Authority PIMs-AICET-UG 2012 by E-mail pimscet@pmtpims.org

The application forms will be accepted only at the office of the Competent Authority, PIMs-AICET-UG 2012 Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni-413736, Tal-Rahata, Dist-Ahmednagar, (Maharashtra)

The demand draft for the cost of entrance examination fees should be drawn on any Nationalised Bank and payable at Pune service Branch in favour of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni

Center of Examination: The AICET examination will be conducted in following citiesAhmedabad, Surat, Chandigarh, Delhi, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Kochi, Indore, Bhopal, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, AurangabadUniversity reserves the right to change or cancel any test center. In such a case concerned candidates will be informed accordinglyThe address of examination center assigned to candidate will be given in Hall Ticket. No request for change of center mentioned in application form shall be entertained

Date of entrance test examination 28th April, 2012, Saturday, 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
