Applications are invited for appearing in entrance exam CETPGMC-2011 for admission to the PG courses offered by Pondicherry Institute of Medical Science

Admission will be on the basis of rank secured

Following are the PG degree courses available

MD: Pathology, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Physiology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Anaesthesiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine

MS: General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics

Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College/University. Internship must be completed by 30th April, 2011. Permanent registration from any State medical council in India before the commencement of the course

Eligibility:

a)         M.B.B.S. Degree from a recognized medical College / University.
b)         Internship must be completed by 30th April 2011.
c)         Permanent registration from any State medical Council in India before commencing the course.

Selection: Admission will be based on the performance in the entrance examination and subsequent counseling.

Date and time of common entrance test: 12.04.2011, 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.

The application form can be obtained from Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Ganapathichettikulam village, no. 20 Kalapet, Pondicherry in person or by post. The cost of the application form is Rs 1000/- in person by cash or Rs 1050/- by demand draft in favour of Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences payable at Puducherry

Application form can also be downloaded from the website www.pimsmmm.com. Downloaded application form should be accompanied with a demand draft for Rs 1000/-
