PGI Chandigarh B.Sc. Para Medical Courses Admission Notice 2011

The candidates will be paid stipend @ Rs 500/- per month for all the courses except B.Sc Med Tech (Perfusionist) and 5 seats of Radiodiagnosis and Imaging course

The number of seats mentioned above is subject to variation without prior notice

Age limit: Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years on 31st August, 2011 (i.e. those who born before 1st September, 1986 and 31st August, 1994) are not eligible

The candidates may apply in the form down loadable at PGI website http://pgimer.nic.in together with requisite fee by demand draft in the name of Director, PGI, Chandigarh

The prescribed application forms along with prospectus (brochure of information) are also available from the office of the undersigned either personally on payment of Rs. 1000/- for General/OBC/OPH category and Rs. 800/- for SC/ST at the counter (Kairon Block, Room No. 309) from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on all working days except Saturdays (On Saturdays, forms will be available from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.) or by post for which the request must be accompanied by a self-addressed thick envelope of size (24x15 cm) bearing postage stamps of Rs. 70/- and Bank Draft preferably from SBI Branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524), Chandigarh for General Rs. 1000/- and For SC/ST Rs. 800/- drawn in favour of the Director of the Institute (A/C no. 65541).  The candidate should mention category at the time of sending the Demand Draft.The candidates are required to submit only one application form for courses.

Tentative date for the examination is 18.08.2011

It is in the interest of the candidate to send the application through registered/speed post

No request for the supply of application form by post will be entertained after 18.06.2011

Prospectus cum application forms shall be available from 30.05.2011
