Admission announcement to Pharm.D Programme
Applications are invited for admission to six year integrated post graduate in Pharm.D degree programme for the academic year 2010-11 approved by Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi
Eligibility for admission: Pass in 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology
Intake: 30 seats
The admission forms can be submitted to KB Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, GH-6, Sector-23, Gandhinagar-382023 by post or by hand so as to reach institute office latest by 6th September, 2010 before 3.00 p.m.
Admissions will be entirely on basis of merit of the qualifying examination. If required personal interview will be conducted to determine the final merit

Admission procedure will be declared on 7th September, 2010 at 2.00 p.m. on our website www.ksvuniversity.org.in. Candidates are requested to look in to the website for further instructions
It is mandatory to attach the self attested copy all the mark sheets from Xth std and XIIth (Science) and Leaving certificate
Reservations as per the University/Gujarat govt norms (attach relevant certificates). For SEBC candidates recent certificate of creamy layer should be attached
The course fee will be Rs 1,25,000/- per annum. The course will be of 6 years comprising of 5 years of academic work and one year of internship. At the time of admission the applicant will have to pay Rs 62,500/- + deposits and exam fees (Rs 1,750/-). The remaining Rs 62,500/- will have to be paid within one week from the date of actual admission
For web downloaded forms the applicants will have to pay Rs 500/- through demand draft in favour of Kadi Sarva Vishwa Vidyalaya, payable at Gandhinagar, Gujarat
