Admission Notice-2012

JSSU-UGET-2012 (MBBS)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to undergraduate Medical (MBBS) course for the academic year 2012-13

Selection will be made strictly on the merit based on marks secured in JSSU-UGET-2012 and counseling by JSS University, Mysore

Eligibility

The candidate should have passed qualifying examination equivalent to PUC or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional and English as one of the main study language with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and should have also passed in English language

The candidate should also have secured not less than 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in the JSSU UGET-2012 entrance test

In case of SC/ST category-I and OBC category candidates they should have secured 40% marks in both qualifying examination and entrance test

Exam centres: Mysore, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida (Uttar Pradesh)

Application Form

Prospectus and application form for entrance examination may be obtained either by downloading from the website www.jssuni.edu.in or from the Registrar on requisition with a demand draft of Rs 2000/- (Rs two thousand only) drawn in favour of JSS University Fee Account, Mysore, payable at Mysore and submitted at University office
