The duly filled in application form along with a demand draft of Rs 1500/- (entrance test fee) drawn in favor of Registrar, DY Patil Education Society (Deemed University), payable at Kolhapur and all requisite documents should be submitted in person or sent to DY Patil Education Society (Deemed University), DY Patil Vidyanagar, Kasaba Bawada, Kolhapur, Maharashtra-416006

Those mailing the printout of the downloaded application form should attach a demand draft of Rs 1700/- (Entrance test fee + application form fee) drawn in favor of Registrar, DY Patil Education Society (Deemed University), payable at Kolhapur

Candidates who wish to submit the application form in person can pay the entrance test fee either in cash or through demand draft
