Admission Notice-2012

B.Sc (Hons) Nursing Admissions 2012-13

Applications are invited for B.Sc (Hons) Nursing Course (04 year) in Ahilya Bai College of Nursing attached with Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi

Prescribed application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Vice Principal Ahilya Bai College of Nursing on payment of Rs 100/- by postal order only in the name of Medical Superintendent, Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi from 09th April, 2012 to 26th April, 2012 between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Application forms and prospectus can also be obtained by post up to 23rd April, 2012

Last date for submission of duly filled application form is 03rd May, 2012 up to 1.00 p.m.

The candidate will require to fulfill the following conditions

Eligibility: The candidate should have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) course or Indian School Certificate Examination or its equivalent with English core/Elective, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% of marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC)

Those who have appeared in Senior School Examination or its equivalent with the aforesaid subjects in 2012 can also apply for admission

Candidates should have attained the age of 17 years on or before 01st October, 2012

Only women candidates are eligible for admission

The selection test will be held on 17th June, 2012 at the venue mentioned in the admission ticket

The names of selected candidates, based on their merit, will be displayed on the college notice board

No correspondence in this connection will be entertained

The probable date of commencement of the course is 16th July, 2012

While applying for prospectus by post the envelop containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as application for the prospectus of B.Sc (Hons) Nursing Course and an additional self addressed envelope affixed with postage stamp worth Rs 50/- only should be enclosed
