AMUPMDC is Conducting CET at national level for admissions to Post Graduate Courses MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS for the Unaided Private Medical & Dental Colleges in Maharashtra state affiliated to MUHS Nashik for the Academic Year 2012-12 as per dates mentioned below:

APGM CET 2012: 15th January, 2012 (Sunday) – 10.30 AM to 2 PM

APGD CET 2012: 15th January, 2012 (Sunday) – 10.30 AM to 12 Noon

 

How To Apply


Application Forms and Information Brochures will be available from 6th December, 2011 to 31st December 2011 at AMUPMDC Office on payment of Rs.500/- by DD in favour of “AMUPMDC” payable at Mumbai.

Application form can also be obtained by post from AMUPMDC Office with an additional DD of Rs.200/- for postal charges.

Candidates are requested to send a written application on plain paper mentioning the course applied for.

The last date for submission of form along with DD of Rs.1500/- for exam fee is 26th December, 2011

APPLICATION PROCEDURE –

    • An applicant seeking admission to the APGM/APGD CET-2012 will be required to submit Single Prescribed Application Form, which can be obtained from office of the AMUPMDC,Shreeji House, 75 Mint Road, Fort, Mumbai - 1.
    • ? Information Brochure along with blank Application Form will be available at the office of the AMUPMDC at Mumbai on payment of prescribed fees of Rs. 500/- by DD drawn in favour of "AMUPMDC" payable at Mumbai drawn from Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.

      ? The Common Entrance Test fees for APGM/APGD CET-2012 is Rs. 1,500/- which shall be paid by DD in favour of "AMUPMDC" payable at Mumbai drawn from Nationalised / Scheduled Bank at the time of submission of application form.

    • APGM/APGD CET-2012 will be conducted only at Mumbai. ? No original documents to be attached with the application form. ? Candidate should fill the Application Form in his/her own handwriting and submit within specified date.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -

      • A candidate who has passed final MBBS / BDS Examination from a recognized Medical/ Dental College included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Act 1956/ Dentist Act, 1993 and who has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India or Maharashtra Medical/ Dental Council or State Medical/ Dental Council after completing one-year compulsory rotating internship will be eligible to appear for APGM/APGD CET-2012. Registration is a condition precedent for appearing at APGM/APGD CET for Post Graduate Degree or Diploma Courses.

        • The full/ permanent MCI/MMC/DCI/MDC registration is a condition precedent for appearing at APGM/APGD CET and its proof including submission of application for registration should be enclosed.
        • A candidate who has completed one year compulsory Internship or is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2012 can appear for APGM/APGD CET-2012.
        • Candidates likely to complete their internship on or before 31/03/2012 should submit documentary proof from their Principals/Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of Internship. Candidate will be fully responsible for submitting correct information in the Application Form.
        • Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the course are not eligible for appearing at APGM/APGD CET-2012. Candidates who have completed PG Diploma is eligible to appear for the APGM CET-2012 for admission to PG Degree in the same subject only.
        • Candidate should keep one photocopy of his/her application form duly filled in with him/her for future reference.
        •      Candidate should preserve the receipt-cum-identity card and information brochure for subsequent use.
      • CANDIDATES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPEARING:
        • Candidates who are not completing internship on or before 31/03/2012.
        • Candidates who are registered for PG Degree/Diploma and have not completed the terms.
        • Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the PG degree course or have obtained PG degree.

      Candidates who have NOT obtained permanent MMC/MCI/MDC/DCI registration at the time of submission of application form along with those who will be completing internship by 31/03/2012, such candidates will have to submit it by 02/05/2012 latest.

Candidates who have NOT obtained permanent MMC/MCI/MDC/DCI registration at the time of submission of application form along with those who will be completing internship by 31/03/2010, such candidates will have to submit it by 02/05/2010 latest.

A. -  MEDICAL:  The Common Entrance Test shall be of the standard of MBBS Examination and shall cover all the subjects of MBBS Course.
