ICET 2007 - MBA /M.C.A. Course Admission Test on May 12th
The Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) for admission into MBA and MCA course.
The Notification will be issued on February 12, the applications will be sold from February 15, and the filled in applications should be submitted by March 15.
Test date: May 12, 2007 (10 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.)

Eligibility Criteria
a) The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as amended upto date (As per G.O. Ms No : 108, Higher Education Dept., dated 30-7-2005).
b) The candidates other than Indian nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.
c) A pass (or) appearance at the final year examination of Bachelor’s Degree (except BOL and BFA) of any University in Andhra Pradesh or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto.
d) The candidates seeking admission into MBA course should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than three years duration from any recognized University or equivalent thereof besides passing SSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
e) The candidates seeking admission into MCA course should have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level (OR) should have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
f) The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for ICET – 2007.
g) Admission into any college depends on its recognition/affiliation by the respective Statutory Bodies.
Mere qualification in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate to have been admitted into MBA/MCA course unless the candidate :
i) appears before the ‘on-line counselling’ at any of the counseling centers as notified.
ii) applies in response to the admission notification issued by the authority concerned (for distance mode)
iii) satisfies all the eligibility conditions of admission stipulated by the authority concerned.

SALE OF APPLICATION FORMS
Prescribed application form for the entrance test together with instructions booklet can be obtained in person on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash at (i) all the head post offices in A.P. ii) all the post offices located on the University Campuses and (iii) the e-seva centers in Andhra Pradesh.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Duly filled- in application forms (placed in the envelope supplied) may be submitted along with relevant documents by paying postal charges through the head post offices to The Convener, ICET – 2007, Beside University Computer Centre, University College of Engineering Campus, Osmania University , Hyderabad – 500 007, India on or before 15-3-2007. upto 5.00 p.m. The application forms may also be submitted on or before 26-03-2007 upto 5.00 p.m. along with a late fee of Rs. 500 /- in the form of DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “The Secretary, APSCHE”, payable at Hyderabad. Incomplete application forms and application forms received after the specified date and time will summarily be rejected.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION ONLINE
Applications also can be submitted online. However, a copy of the application download along with passport size photograph and D.D. for Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of “The Secretary, APSCHE”, payable at Hyderabad is to be sent to the Convener, ICET -2007. Application Process ICET 2007
A. Application can be obtained in person on payment of Rs. 250 /- in cash at 1) All the Head Post Offices in A.P. 2) All the post offices located on the University Campus and 3) e-seva centres in A.P. Applications duly filled should reach the Convener, ICET – 2007 within the scheduled date.

Online Submission
Applications can also be submitted online. However, a printout of the filled in application is to be sent to the Convener, ICET – 2007 along with two (2) passport size photographs (One pasted in the appropriate box of printed application and the other after signing and writing the registration number on the backside to be placed in an envelope), a D.D. for Rs. 250 /- in favour of The Secretary, APSCHE payable at Hyderabad and necessary certificates. Kindly make sure that DD is available with you before you start online submission.
