Post-Graduate Global Executive Program in Management (PGXPM)
1.Objective
As part of the (inevitable) Globalization of Businesses and hence the business management practices, Great Lakes has revamped the Executive MBA program. The participants of this program are ideally the identified fast-track senior managers from corporates to be groomed into General Managers and future Business Leaders, functional managers who see a genuine need to gain formal Management qualifications to move up and members from the Family Managed Business who are practicing managers in their own right and who seek to expand and take their business to the next level.

.Selection Procedure
Applicants for admission are evaluated based on work experience and profile, past academic performance, essays, and letters of recommendation, and performance in the interview and group discussion.
The selection process will include written test, group discussions and interview besides screening for academic performance and quality of work experience.
Clarity of purpose in pursuing executive management education as evidenced by performance in interview and overall assessment of academic achievements will be the basis for final selection.
Application Process:
Notification of admission to the program will be intimated by the second week of July. Selected candidates will be informed through a formal offer letter couriered to their address. The deadline for completion of admission formalities by the candidates will also be mentioned in the offer letter.
Letters of recommendation are required to be submitted along with the application for hard copy applicants. Professional recommendation for candidates with substantial work experience is preferred.
Complete application packet – the application, letter of recommendation, letter of sponsorship from the applicant’s organization, photocopies of the educational certificates.
Shortlisted candidates would be called for the GLMAT* test and personal interview to the institute. those that already have valid GMAT or CAT scores (< 2 years old)may not need to write the GLMAT subject to the scores meeting the institute's selection requirements, which will be decided and informed by GL.
5.Fee Structure
Great Lakes reserves the right to alter the amounts indicated in the following schedule any time before the first day of class of a term:
PLAN I Fee Rs. 6,00,000
PLAN II
Installment I [To be paid at the time of admission] Rs. 3,75,000
Installment II (To be paid not later than the last working day of the third trimester) Rs.2,50,000
PGXPM is a compulsorily residential program. Boarding and Lodging is additional and is available at concessional rates at the Campus.
Note:These subsidized special tariffs are for the Participants of the PGXPM program only.Note:
If a participant leaves the program for any reason after he/she has been accepted and enrolled, no fee refund will be made.
If a participant leaves the employment of the sponsoring company during the program he/she could continue to do the program only if the sponsoring company gives a No Objection Certificate for the same.
International Visit (Subject to minimum enrollment)
The budgeted expenses for one week to ten days trip are estimated to be approx INR 1, 50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) per participant, to be borne at actuals.
