Applications are invited for admission to M.BA. M.C.A., and M. Tech Programmes offered under CBSS in the University Department for the academic year 2007 –2008.

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) – two years full- time programme

Eligibility: Any Graduate with at lest 50% of Marks.

Admission: Thorough MAT / TANCET scores, group discussion and personal interview.

Last date for receipt of filled in application: 15 days from the publication of TANCET – 2007 results.

Master of Computer Application (M.C.A) – Three years full – time programme

Eligibility: Any graduate with atleast 50% of Marks.

Admission: Through MAT/ TANCET Scores, group discussion and personal interview.

Last date for receipt of filled in application: 15 days from the publication of TANCET-2007 results.

Master of Computer Application (M.C.A) - Three years full – time programme

Eligibility: Candidates who have secured 55% of marks or above in any one f the following or equivalent, are eligibility to apply.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Mathematics at +2 level (OR)
• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the
  subjects.

Admission: Through TANCET- 2007 score in UG programme.

Last Date for receipt of filled in application: 15 day from the publication of TANCET – 2007 results.

M.Tech in Exploration Geology and Geoinformatics- Two years full- time programme

Eligibility : M.Sc. Degree in Geology / Applied Geology / Geoscience / Geophysics/ Marine Geology / Earth Science.

Admission : Through Entrance test conducted by Periyar University and Academic Performance in PG Programme.

Last Date for receipt of filled in application: 10 days frim the pubkication of PG results.

Application and prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Registrar on Payment of Rs. 350/- ( Rs. 150/- for SC/ST ) by DD in favour of the Registrar, Periyar University payable at salem .

Separate hostels are available for boys and girls in the University campus.
