ELIGIBILITY

A recognized bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/St candidates). Candidates completing their final examination of the bachelor’s degree by June 30, 2008 can also apply.

SELECTION

Selection will be based on:

• Applicant’s performance in the CAT (COMMON ADMISSION TEST) to be conducted by the Indian Institute of Management on Sunday November 18, 2007 at various test centers in India. Suitable sectional cut off depending upon relative performance in written test will be applied to shortlist the candidates.
• Group Discussion
• Personal Interview.
• Reservation of seats as per university/state governments rules

How to Apply

• Complete the formalities for appearing in CAT 2007 (Please refer to the CAT advts. in national dailies of July, 2007 for details)
• Apply for MBA admission of University of Lucknow along with CAT Registration No

The brochure and application form will be available over the Cashier’s office at University of Lucknow till No. 30, 2007 on cash payment of Rs. 800/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates)

The completed form is required to be sent with a demand draft of Rs. 800/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Lucknow .

Candidates desiring to obtain the brochure and application form by post should send a Demand Draft of Rs. 850/- (Rs. 550/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Lucknow , by Nov. 03, 2007 at the following address:

Our University uses CAT for Short – listing of candidates for our two year full – time PG programs in Management. IIMs have no role either in selection process or in the conduct of the programmes.
