Three year full time B.Sc (Hons) in Business and Management Studies

Business and Management Studies course provides students with an awareness of the broad range of knowledge required in modern management, and equips them with specialized knowledge to tailor the degree to meet their own individual needs and career plans. The course aims at developing the analytical and behavioral skills students require to make effective use of knowledge after graduation

In the first year students study twelve modules, this gives them a sound grounding in the disciplines required for a modern manager. In the second year there is a compulsory module called Practice of Management skills. In addition, in the second and final years they choose modules, enabling them to construct either a broad degree package covering all areas of management activity, or a slightly more specialized degree focusing on particular management specialization, such as human resource management, business information systems, or operations management

Modules include accounting, financial management, marketing, psychology, production/operations management, human resource management, and the more quantitative aspects of information management and business information systems. There are also multidisciplinary modules on subjects such as international business, and strategic management, which integrate knowledge from many disciplines

Eligibility: Prospective candidates seeking admission to the undergraduate programs of the institute should have completed 13 years of education under the Indian Education system (CSBE or ICSE) or any equivalent board in India or overseas, with English and Mathematics at the class X level. Candidates from abroad should have completed their A levels (under the British system)

Selection Procedure: The students are screened on the basis of marks obtained in class XII and X (a minimum average of 55% in class XII and 50% in class X). Students, who qualify the above, need to appear for an extensive interview conducted by IILM-UBS. The interview process is of exploratory in nature where the panels seeks out the strengths of each candidate and tries to match the profile of the prospective candidate to the course. The course is application oriented and seeks students with well rounded personalities demonstrating leadership ability with a sense of responsibility. IILM undergraduate Business School offers management programs at New Delhi and Gurgaon campuses. The undergraduate program in management is a three year full time program B.Sc (Hons) in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. Students have the option of transferring to Bradford University any time after the successful completion of their foundation year at IILM undergraduate Business School. This course offers specialization in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business and Management Studies

Interview: The admission to this program is contingent on an extensive interview process. Therefore after the analysis of your application on the basis of the below mentioned criteria, you will need to appear for a personal interview. Please carry your original transcripts and the documents listed below with a set of photocopies on the day of the interview along with the processing fee of Rs 1200/- by draft in favor of IILM-UBS fee collection account, payable at New Delhi for the Delhi campus; IILM Institute for Higher Education, payable at Gurgaon for the Gurgaon campus

Following documents are to be submitted on the interview day; class X mark sheet; class XII mark sheet (if available); character certificate from school; school leaving certificate; photo Id; SAT test results (if available); three stamp size photographs; transfer applicants only-mark sheet of last qualifying examination of the college/university attended

Tuition fees: Your tuition fees for three years at IILM UBS, New Delhi will be Rs 9.95 lac plus 1125 GBP. This amount is payable in six installments. Please note that you need to have sufficient funds available to pay your tuition fees for the duration of your programme and you will be responsible for the payment of your fees at the time of registration
