Industry Integrated programmes

MBA (2 years) Industry Integrated; BBA (3 years) Industry Integrated

Regular degree course; on-the-job training; passports have industry experience

Admission procedure for BBA (IIP)/MBA (IIP): Entrance exam followed by group discussion and personal interview

Relaxation for MBA (IIP): Students who have appeared in the All India Common Entrance exam viz CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT or any other national level exam and scored marks not less than 50 percentile are exempted from appearing in the written test conducted by Gauhati University

Specialization in Sales and Marketing, Finance and Banking, Human Resources Management, Information Technology

Eligibility criteria

For MBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: A bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks either in aggregate or in Honours from a University recognized by UGC/Gauhati University

Proficiency in spoken and written English is desired for successful pursuit of the programme

For BBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks from a recognized board/council

Admission criteria

For MBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: Candidate’s overall performance in written test conducted by Gauhati University or score obtained in any national level recognized MBA admission test and group discussion and personal interview

For BBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: Marks scored in 10+2 examination; group discussion and personal Interview

Documents required: The candidates are required to submit both original and attested photocopies of the following documents

For MBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: Graduation Marks Sheets (1, 2, 3) or consolidated marks sheets; provisional/degree certificate; score card after all India common entrance examination (if any)

For BBA (Industry Integrated) Programme: 10+2 marks sheet; pass certificate of 10+2

Migration/transfer certificate to be submitted within 6 months of taking admission

The original documents except Migration/transfer certificate will be returned to the students after verification
