Programme:
The Two year 2 – Year Post – Graduate Diploma in Management (International Business) is a 116 – credit six trimester programme with a focus on International Business. It covers all important aspects of International Business. It covers all important aspects of International Business such as Global Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, EXIM Management, International Marketing and International Finance etc. The syllabi for this Programme compares favorably with the syllabi of some of the world’s best International Business Schools.
Admission Procedure
Eligibility: At least 50% marks in any Bachelor degree (after 10+2) from a recognized University.
Entrance Test: Students can apply with CAT (18th November 2007) / IIFT (25th November 2007) / XAT (6th January 2008) / MAT (2ND September 2007 or 2nd December 2007 or 3rd February 2008) Registration Numbers or valid GMAT score. Students can also appear for GIFT Entrance Test (GET – 08), to be held at various centers notified in the Website. Single application is sufficient for applying with more than one test score. Final selection is based on aggregate of the best Test Score, and scores in Essay Writing, Case Analysis, GD and PI. GIFT reserves the right to add/delete any centre, if required.
GIFT Brochure (including application form) will be available from 26th September, 2007 onwards at GIFT / IMS centers for Rs. 1000/-. The Brochure can also be obtained by post from GIFT by sending a DD for Rs. 1000/-. The candidates who wish to apply for GET – 08 should send a DD for Rs. 500/- along with the duly filled in application. The can also be downloaded from our website and submitted, duly filled – in, with a DD of Rs. 1,000/- or Rs. 1500/- (inclusive of GET – 2008 fee). Demand Draft should be drawn on any bank in favour of “GIFT”, payable at Visakhapatnam.
