HOW TO OBTAIN APPLICATION FORM

The prescribed Application Forms and Guide to Admission 2007-08 which contains the details of the course may be obtained from the Assistant Controller (Admissions), Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh –202 002 on payment of the cost of the form as given below either in cash or through crossed Demand Draft Drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh payable at the State Bank of India, AMU Branch, (Code 5555) Aligrah. A self addressed envelope of 30 x 25 cms in size affixing postage stamps of Rs 90/- shall also be enclosed with the request for obtaining the Application Form and Guide through Registered Post.

E-FOREIGN NATIONALS/NON-RESIDENT INDIANS

The Special Information Bulletin with prescribed application form meant for admission of Foreign Nationals/NRIs will be supplied on request mentioning therein the Nationality/NRI Category of the candidate along with a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh payable at the SBI, AMU Branch (Code 5555), Aligarh along with a self addressed envelop of 30 x 25 cms in size as per details given below:

• If the Bulletin is required in India: A crossed Demand Draft of Indian Rupees 150/- or US Dollars of equal amount (the cost of the form) along with a self addressed envelop affixing the Indian Postage Stamps of Rupees 75/- for mailing the Bulletin and Application Form in India through Registered Post.
• If the Bulletin is required outside India : A crossed Demand Draft of Indian Rupees 300/- or US Dollars of equal amount be sent.

IMPORTANT

( 1) The prescribed Application Forms are supplied course-wise and therefore the name of the course for which the Form is required should clearly be mentioned in the request.

(2) The prescribed Application Form and the Guide to Admissions will be available after 10.02.2007.

(3) The prescribed Application Form for admission to M.Phill./ Ph.D. shall be available in the month of May 2007.

(4) The Special Information Bulletin and the Application Form for admission of Foreign National/NRIs shall be available in the month of February, 2007
