This is also the case with universities that offer MBA through distance education, such as Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, Kurukshetra University and several others. However there are universities such as Alagappa University (auce.8m.com/AU.htm), Annamalai University , Kurukshetra University and Pondicherry University , that offer the specialized Master of marketing management programme. The Indian Institutes of Management also offer distance-learning programmes, including the IIM Kozhikode that conducts classes through DirecWay VSAT at centres around the country.
