Common Entrance Test (CET-2011)

The university will hold common entrance test (CET) on 22.05.2011 (Sunday) at Chandigarh Centre only for admission to the following courses, session 2011-12

Panjab University, Chandigarh, Punjab, has announced the date of undergraduate course CET (common entrance test) 2011

The CET is conducted for admission into the following undergraduate (UG) courses, offered in the upcoming session 2011

Last Date for Submission of Application Form

Last date for receipt of completed application form (both by hand/post) at the CET Cell, Panjab University, Chandigarh is 18.04.2011

After this form can also be submitted up to 26.04.2011 with late fee of Rs 1000/-

Dates for various Entrance Tests for the session 2010-11

It is for the information of the candidates in particular and the public in general that the Panjab University will hold Entrance Tests for the session 2010-2011 for the following courses on the date (s) and day(s) mentioned against each:

1. MD/MS* (For admission at Govt. Medical College and Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh)

Proposed date of test: 07.02.2010 (Prospectus will be available in 3rd week of December 2009)

2. CET (for admission to first year of MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B. Pharm, B.Sc. Hons. School and B.A.LL.B. (Hons)

Proposed date of test: 23.5.2010 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of March 2010)

3. OCET (LL.B., LL.M. MCA, M.E. (IT, Elect. & Comm., CSE), M.Tech. (Inst., Micro, Nano Sc.), M.B.A. (Exe.), M.B.E., MBACIT, M.Com (E-Comm.), B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc Hons School / 2 year course, M.A. Journalism and M.A. (English)

Proposed date of test: 13.6.2010 to 16-06-2010 (Prospectus will be available in Last week of March 2010)

4. *B.Ed. (Regular) for UT Colleges, B.Ed. (Correspondence) for in-service Teachers Only)

Proposed date of test: 18.07.2010 (Prospectus will be available in Last week of April 2010)

5. Ph.D./M.Phil

Proposed date of test: 25.07.2010 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of May 2010)

6. PULEET (Lateral Engineering Entrance Test)

Proposed date of test: 08.08.2010 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of June 2010)

7. M.Ed. (Regular) (Department / All Colleges affiliated to P.U.), M.Ed. (Correspondence) for in-service teachers)

Proposed date of test: 29.08.2010 (Prospectus will be available in 3rd week of June 2010)
