Burdwan University B.Ed. Admission 2021 Important Dates
Start Date of Online application – 03rd March 2021
Last Date for submission of the Online application – 17th March 2021
Eligibility Criteria for Burdwan University B.Ed. Admission 2021
Candidates (both Fresh & Deputed) with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/ Humanity/ Commerce, or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto, will be eligible for application.
Relaxation of marks in favour of reserved category candidates shall be as per Govt. norms.
Age Limit
Age of the Fresh Candidates as on 30th June 2020 shall not exceed 38 years and there shall be a relaxation of 5 years in favour of DA category candidates.
Burdwan University B.Ed. Admission 2021 Application Process
- Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website http://www.buruniv.ac.in
- Admission to B.Ed. Programme in Self-financed B.Ed. Colleges under B.U., will be done through online mode only. Under any circumstances, no student will be admitted directly by the Self-financed B.Ed. College Authorities excepting the seats on Management Quota and the University Authority shall not be responsible for Registration and Enrolment of any student, if admitted directly by the College Authority, beyond Management Quota.
- Online registration for submission of application will be started on and from 03rd March 2021 to 17th March 2021.
- On the basis of on-line submission of application, the University shall prepare a provisional merit list without verification of the accuracy and authenticity of the data submitted by the applicants.

- Admission to B.Ed. Programme in Self-financed B.Ed. Colleges under B.U., will be done through online mode only.
