B.Sc, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, M.Sc, MBA, M.Tech, PG Diploma, M.Phil Admission-2012

Applications have been invited by Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University from eligible candidates for admission to regular courses of the academic year 2012-2013

B.Sc (Exercise Physiology and Nutrition): 10+2 or equivalent

B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education): Any Degree

M.P.Ed (Master of Physical Education): Any degree with B.P.Ed, or BPE degree

M.Sc (Yoga): Any degree

M.Sc (Exercise Physiology and Nutrition): Any Science/Physical Education Degree

M.Sc (Sports Psychology and Sociology): Any degree

M.Sc (Sports Coaching): Any degree with diploma in Sports Coaching

M.Sc (Sports Bio-Mechanics and Kinesiology): Any Science/Physical Education degree

MBA (Sports Management): Any degree

M.Tech (Sports Technology): B.E./equivalent (any discipline)

PG Diploma in Sports Coaching: Any degree with participation in Sports and Games

M.Phil (Physical Education, Yoga, Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, Advanced Training and Coaching, Sports Psychology and Sociology, Sports Bio-mechanics & Kinesiology, Sports Management): Master’s degree in relevant field

Application Form: Application can be obtained from the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, in person on payment of Rs 300/- or by post on payment of Rs 375/- and SC/ST candidates (attested copy of the community certificate should be enclosed) on payment of Rs 150/- in person or on payment of Rs 225/- by post by means of a demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, payable at Chennai

Candidates appearing for the final year/semester examination can also apply

Candidates are requested to bring all their original certificate along with Xerox copies and two recent passport size photographs during the entrance test and interview to be held at the University campus

Candidates can download the application form from http://www.tnpesu.org and submit the filled-in application with required fee of Rs 300/- (for others) and Rs 150/- (for SC/ST candidates)

Important Dates

Application forms will be issued from: 16th April, 2012

Last date for issue of application forms: 04th May, 2012

Last date for receipt of filled-in application forms: 09th May, 2012

Date of the entrance test and interview (B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed only): 14th -15th May, 2012
