Admission Notice for ETE and ECCE Courses (Session 2011-13)

Applications are invited from the candidates for admission to two year Diploma Course in Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) and two year Diploma Course in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for the session 2011-13 to be conducted in District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) and Private Recognized Teacher Training Institutes, whose name and addresses are given in the ETE/ECCE prospectus session 2011-13.

Nine Govt. DIETs and 21 Private Recognized Institutes offer ETE course and 30 Private Recognized Institutes offer ECCE course (only for female candidates). Candidates are required to fill separate application form, each for DIET, ETE Private Recognized Institute and ECCE Private Recognized Institute.

Admission to ETE/ECCE course for all the Institutes shall be made purely on the basis of merit in qualifying examination i.e. Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with 50% marks and age should not be more than 24 year as on 30.09.2011.

Candidates are advised to procure all necessary Certificates/Documents such as Category Certificate, Domicile Certificate and qualification certificates etc. well in advance so that they can produce them at the time of admission.

 

Availability of Prospectus-cum-application forms: The complete details regarding name of institutions and availability of seats alongwith details of reservation of seats and relaxation thereof in ETE and ECCE course for various categories have been given in the prospectus 2011-13 which can be obtained by hand only from any of the venues mentioned on our website i.e. www.scertdelhi.info on cash payment of Rs.300/- for each application form i.e.

ETE-Govt. DIETs

ETE- Pvt. Recognized Institute

ECCE-Pvt. Recognized Institute from 23.05.2011 to 06.06.2011 between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on all working days (except Sunday and Gazetted holidays).

The application forms can only be submitted at any of the 09 Govt. DIETs as mentioned on our website i.e. www.scertdelhi.info w.e.f. 23.05.2011 to 06.06.2011 between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

No application form will be sent and received by post/courier. From this year facility of ONLINE submission of application form is also provided to the candidates.
