Admission notice 2010-11

Applications are invited on application form available with the office with a demand draft for Rs 450/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST) or Rs 400/- (Rs 200/- for SC/ST) with downloaded form from website www.sfsp.dauniv.ac.in, in favour of Registrar, DAVV-Indore payable at Indore for admission in the following courses

MBA (Business Forecasting): A 4 semesters programme includes business forecasting and planning techniques, econometrics and quantitative techniques, marketing research, micro and macro economic policy predictions, ERP, BPR, business logistics, risk management, financial economics (capital, commodity and currency markets forecasting) etc

Eligibility: At least 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with mathematics at 10+2, 40% for reserved category

Seats: 60, reservation as per rules

M.Tech (Systems Management): A 4 semesters programme include systems engineering, modeling, project and environmental management, business process reengineering, information systems security and systems dynamics etc

M.Tech (Future Studies and Planning): A 4 semesters programme includes business, forecasting, modeling, econometrics, business financial environmental economics, planning and management etc

Following details are similar for both the M.Tech programmes

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline or M.Sc (Physics/Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science) or equivalent degree with 55% marks, preference to GATE qualified, non-GATE qualified may also be considered

Relaxation of 5% marks for sponsored/SC/ST

Seats: 18, reservation as per rules

Eligible candidates may attend 2nd interview/counseling on 30th July, 2010, 10.00 a.m. at this School and deposit partial first semester fee through demand draft for Rs 10000/- in favour of Head-SFSP-Indore (in case of admission)

Remaining fee within 10 days of admission, no separate letters will be issued for interview/counseling
