2. Admission forms along with the requisite certificates must reach the Heads of the concerned Department / Coordinator as per schedule given above.

3. A Candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination and his/her result is still awaited, may apply and can submit his/her admission form in the respective department at his/her own risk and responsibility.  He/she will be required to submit his/her result at the time of interview.

There are separate Handbooks of Information of Professional & General Courses.  Handbooks will be available w.e.f. from 03-06-2011 and can be obtained from the University Enquiry and Information Centre, Punjabi University, Patiala, Regional Centres/Neighbourhood Campuses situated at Bathinda, Talwandi Sabo, Rampura Phul and Mohali, on payment of Rs. 800/- in favour of Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala, along with self-addressed envelop 10”X12” stamped with Rs. 60/- postage charges.

These can be downloaded from the university website (www.punjabiuniversity.ac.in).  In this case, they will have to deposit Rs. 800/- in cash or through a demand draft in favour of the Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala along with the admission form, otherwise the admission forms will not be entertained.
